Our products come from anchovy fishing (Engraulis Ringens) carefully treated from extraction, hauling and unloading, guaranteeing the delivery of fresh fish to our 5 plants for processing indirect human consumption products for the production of steamed dried fishmeal ( SD), fish oil, soluble and hydrolyzed, which are processed under strict quality control monitored in our own laboratories, equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and highly qualified personnel.
Fishmeal
The flour is produced by steam drying (Steam Dried), it works with different types of antioxidants (ethoxyquin, BHT, natural) and in several types of packaging (25 kg, 50 kg and 1250 kg bags, bulk inside containers) , depending on the client's requirement. After it is produced, it is exported to more than 20 destinations and under thorough safety measures following our BASC and GMP standards.
Fish oil
Fish oil production is intended for producers of Omega 3 concentrates for direct human consumption as well as to our main clients in the aquaculture markets.
Fish oil comes from anchovy whose high content of Omega 3 (minimum 28%) allows us to select different EPA and DHA ratios that the client requires, according to their needs. The oil is exported crude, semi-refined or refined, in different presentations: bulk ships, containers, bins of 1 MT, according to the requirement of our customers.
Other products
Derived from our process and always looking to innovate, we have available soluble fish, hydrolysed, among others. These products contain essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and nucleotides that not only promote efficient food consumption, but also improve production parameters and strengthen the immune system, contributing to the prevention of diseases and pests in cultivated species.
